  1. Food Log: 07/15/10

    I’m going to start tracking my eating habits in an effort to eat more healthy most of the time. Here’s my first entry:

    Breakfast:

    • 2 brownies
    • 2 bags of vanilla yerba maté (tea)

    Lunch:

    • 1 sesame seed bagel, toasted, from Panera (free from work) with veggie cream cheese on each side (I forgot to eat and had to run to a meeting by the time I realized)

    Snack:

    • 1 piece of carrot cake
    • 16 oz. of whole milk (both from Firehouse Tea & Coffee Café, where Amanda and I went to get some work done last night)

    Dinner (Le made all of this deliciousness):

    • a really yummy mix of veggies in the most wonderful, light sauce that reminded me of the Vietnamese dishes I used to eat
    • very well seasoned potatoes baked into a casserole
    • some slices of turkey
